Insa Thale, Ph.D.

Insa Thale is a postdoctoral researcher at the Lee-Oesterreich Laboratory. Before coming to Pittsburgh, Insa studied pharmacy at TU Braunschweig and completed her PhD in pharmaceutical and medicinal chemistry at the University of Münster. During her PhD, she spent a year at Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory as a visiting PhD student doing research in structural biology. 
Outside of the lab, Insa enjoys running, traveling and climbing.
