Neil holds a BS in Biomedical Engineering and Mechanical Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University. He completed the first two years of medical school training before transitioning to the Lee-Oesterreich Lab to start his PhD. He is currently studying breast cancer in the context of aging applying techniques that utilize single-cell RNA seq, organoids, and robust clinical samples. Neil enjoys running, cycling, and watching the Pens.
