Alex Opsahl

Alex earned his BS in biochemistry and BA in psychology from the University of Rochester where he was an all-American decathlete. Since starting in the Lee-Oesterreich lab early in 2026 he has applied immunofluorescent staining, live cell imaging, and computational methods to investigate how the loss of E-Cadherin impacts the membrane dynamics of ILC tumor cells. In his free time Alex enjoys running, climbing, and board games.
