Narges Zafari, M.S.
Graduate Student
Narges received her BS degree in Biotechnology. Then, she spent 2 years at the Tehran University of Medical Sciences to get her master’s degree in Human Genetics. She currently starts her PhD in Human Genetics at the University of Pittsburgh. She will use wet-bench and computational experimental approaches to understand the progression of breast cancer, specifically with respect to the role of E-cadherin and estrogen receptor changes in breast cancer cells. Narges enjoys watching movies, reading, and riding a bicycle.
